Mahalini & Laleilmanino Invite Gen Z To Raise Head Through Song
JAKARTA - Mahalini and Laleilmanino invite Generation Z to clear their heads through a new single titled CLEAR Your Head which is part of the Clear shampoo brand campaign.
"We know that many Gen-Zs are experiencing social pressure because information is excessive and very easy to access. They always feel lacking and don't realize that there are many advantages and potentials they have," said Anindyo Baskoro or Nino representing Laleilmanino, quoted from Antara, Thursday.
"This song is for them, hopefully the lyrics and passionate music can help them feel more confident, and clearer to see and achieve what they want to go to, even in the midst of various pressures," Nino added.
Meanwhile, Mahalini admitted that as part of Generation Z, she felt connected to the campaign when she first received a collaborative offer.
"As Gen-Z, sometimes simple things can make me overthinking, for example about appearance. Ketombe is one of my biggest concerns, that's why I always look for the right hair care to avoid that problem," said Mahalini.
Music is the escape of Mahalini so that she doesn't overthinking, whether it's listening to music or creating songs.
"In addition, so that you don't overthinking often, music is always an escape that makes me happy, like creating a song, or listening to music, until finally I can be used now," said Mahalini.
Through the CLEAR Your Head campaign, Senior Brand Manager CLEAR, Unilever Indonesia, Yuliana Safriani said they wanted mental health issues such as stress not to hinder Gen-Z's dreams and actions to bring changes. Especially considering that stress can also potentially cause tombe.
"Hopefully this campaign can help as many Gen-Zs as possible to be free from stress and remote problems, so that they can focus on doing their best for themselves," said Yuliana.
