Ford Mustang Mach-E Will Achieve Its Wheel In Australia

JAKARTA - Ford is ready to bring the Mach-E Mustang to the Australian automotive market. Previously, the electric SUV had been available on the United States market for two years.

The first unit of the car will arrive between October and December this year and pre-orders will open in the coming months, as quoted by Carscoops, Monday, April 3.

Ford Australia confirms that it will present three variants of the Mustang Mach-E. First, the standard Select variant, equipped with a 71 kWh battery capable of driving electric motors on the rear wheels by wasting 265 dk of power and 430 Nm of torque. This variant can travel with a distance of up to 470 km, according to the WLTP.

Then, the medium variant is the Premium Mach-E Mustang. This car uses a larger battery, namely 91 kWh and an electric motor mounted on the back with 290 dk of power and 430 Nm of torque. According to WLTP, the Premium variant can go as far as 600 km in one charge.

Finally, it is the highest variant of the Mustang Mach-E, namely GT. This electric Mustang has the same battery as Premium, amounting to 91 kWh. However, this car has electric motors on the front and rear which produce a combined power of 480 dk and a torque of 860 Nm. Even though it offers high performance, the range that can be achieved is lower, which is 490 km in a fully charged battery state.

Now the price is not yet known, but all Mach-E Mustangs to be sold in Australia are equipped with the same entertainment feature from the 15.5-inch infotainment display, 10 speakers of Bang & Olufsen sound system, 10.2-inch digital instrument clusters, panoramic roofs, and wireless charging pads.
