Enteng Haris Azhar's Answer When Asked By The Judge Makes Visitors Laugh
Entering the courtroom at the East Jakarta District Court (PN) for the defamation case, the defendant Haris Azhar was involved in a debate with the presiding judge.
The debate was triggered when there was a question from the judge regarding the location where Haris was born. In the courtroom, Haris replied that he was born in the hospital. This was also greeted by laughter from the court visitors.
"According to my father, I was born in the hospital. Now where is it. In the prosecutor's data, it has been written lightly," he said, Monday, April 3.
Then the judge asked Haris to end the answer.
"Yes, that's enough, that's enough. Enough, that's enough, the date of birth," asked the judge to Haris.
Haris then replied that he was born on July 10, 1975. Next, the judge asked about gender and national origin.
Haris again answered all the judges' questions. But the funny answer came back when the judge asked about Haris' place to live. Again, Haris replied trivially.
"At home (residence). Jalan Bangau number one is number 4," said Haris with a speech reaching the visitors' hands.
The trial today is the first trial for the defendants Haris and Fatia. Both were named as defendants in the defamation case of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
Both of them have case files with the same case information but with different numbers. Haris' case file number is 202/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt.Tim, while Fatia is 203/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt.Tim.
