Jakmania Ngadu To DKI DPRD, Persija Vs Persib Match At Patriot Stadium Finally Can Be Attended By Spectators
JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, received a complaint from The Jakmania regarding the holding of the postponed match for the 28th week of Liga 1 2022-2023 between Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung which was held without spectators.
To Prasetyo, Persija supporters asked that the match, which was held at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, West Java, be held by presenting spectators.
Accommodating the complaint, Prasetyo tried to lobby the Polda Metro Jaya and the Bekasi City Government to allow spectators to attend the Persija-Persib match tomorrow.
"So last night I discussed with Jakmania friends about Persija's match with Persib where there were no spectators. I tried to discuss with the Bekasi Mayor, I contacted the Bekasi Police Chief and Police Chief," said Prasetyo at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Thursday, March 30.
After Prasetyo lobbied, Jakmania's wish was finally fulfilled. Persija and Persib's match at Patriot Stadium on Friday, March 31, is allowed to attend 25 thousand spectators.
"Finally, 25 thousand spectators were opened. In my opinion, the ball is a sport of money to unite the community from the lower middle to the top. If there is no match, the ball is like a soup but there is no salt," explained Prasetyo.
Continuing, the General Chairperson of The Jakmania Diky Soemarno said he was relieved by their wishes that had been fulfilled, namely being able to watch the Persija Jakarta vs Persib Bandung match at Patriot Stadium. However, Diky emphasized that the only spectators allowed to attend were Persija supporters.
