New Cost Of IDR 49 Million, Central Lombok Hajj Quota 2023 A Total Of 844 People
PRAYA - The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), stated that based on a decree (SK) of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the number of 2023 hajj quotas reached 844 people with a new tariff of IDR 49 million.
"That is based on the results of the central decision. We have conveyed the names of the Hajj Candidates (JCH) departing this year to each sub-district," said Head of Hajj and Umrah Organizers of the Central Lombok Ministry of Religion (Kemenag), Samsul Hadi, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 27.
He said, of the hundreds of JCHs that had been set to depart in 2023, 349 people had paid off from JCH, 52 people had been postponed, based on serial numbers 415 people and 28 elderly priority.
As for the JCH quota, Central Lombok Regency reserves this year reached 94 people.
"So the total departing this year, both postponed and serial numbers, has reached 844 people," he said.
He said, for JCH based on serial number, it is hoped that it will prepare administrative documents for the passport-making process such as ID cards, families, birth certificates, marriage books and proof of initial registration of Hajj deposits.
"Meanwhile, the JCH, which has been paid off, is being postponed, a visa recording process is being carried out," he said.
Meanwhile, the determination to pay the 2023 Hajj Implementation Fee (BPIH) is still waiting for regulations from the central government. Meanwhile, the Hajj waiting list in Central Lombok Regency is based on temporary data for the next 35 years.
"Indeed, there is an increase in BPIH, but we are waiting for the central decision. Temporary information is Rp49 million," he said.
Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas announced that the 2023 Indonesian Hajj quota was set at 221,000 people.
