New Emoji List
iOS 16.4 presents a new emoji introduced to Unicode 15.0, which consists of 31 new emojis that include new smiley emojis; new animals, such as deer and goose; and a new color of the liver, such as pink and light blue.

Push Web Notification
In iOS 16.4, you can take advantage of web-based notifications from Safari. Just like other applications, users can choose to receive notifications from web browsers or not. For example, you can receive notifications from websites, such as the VOI page, when a new article is published.
