JAKARTA - Director General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Eniya Listani Dewi, revealed that her party will nominate contracts and blacklist Surya Solar Street Information providers (PJUTS) who have contracted if the work is not completed on March 31, 2024.

Eniya said that internally his party had discussed the completion of the program and had carried out daily monitoring for the completion of the contracted PJUTS.

"We want daily monitoring with a time limit set at the end of this week March 30, 2024. If it is not completed, contracts and providers related to blacklist processing will be carried out in accordance with statutory provisions," said Eniya in a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with Commission VII DPR, Monday 25 March.

Eniya explained, based on the prognosis carried out by the Directorate General of EBTKE, the installation of PJUTS until March 30, 2024 reached 22,785 points. The realization of the installation of PJUTS until December 2023 reached 21,112 points.

If later the PJUTS is installed on March 30, the realization of PJUTS will reach 73.3 percent of the total targeted at 31,075 points.

Eniya also detailed that the online company had a contract with the Directorate General of EBTKE regarding the construction of the PJUTS divided into 5 packages.

"For the construction of PJUTS Region Indonesia 1, 2, and 5, it is currently entering the e-purchasing stage, while the construction of PJUTS Region Indonesia 3 and 4 is in the tender process," continued Eniya.

He also said that PJUTS Regional Indonesia 1 and 3 PJUTS Development contracts would be worked on by PT Surya Energi Indotama (SEI) with 5,202 units and 5,261 units each with a contract value for PJUTS Region Indonesia 1 of IDR 76.28 billion, while Region Indonesia 3 was IDR 79.64 billion.

Then the construction of PJUTS Region Indonesia 2 was carried out by KSO PT Gerbang Multindo Nusantara-PT Surya Utama Putra as many as 5,189 units with a contract value of IDR 76.43 billion.

The contract package for Region Indonesia 4 is provided by KSO PT Matra-PT Waskita as many as 4,955 units with a contract value of around Rp. 83 billion, and PJUTS Region Indonesia 5 by KSO PT Matra-PT INTI (Persero) as many as 10,468 units worth Rp. 156.5 billion.

Furthermore, Eniya also admitted that not all contracts could be fulfilled 100 percent on March 30. He imitated PJUTS Region Indonesia 4 only reaching 62.7 percent of the contract and while Region Indonesia 5 only reached 38.5 percent of the contract.

"From here we can see that what cannot be achieved is 8,290 points. For packages 1, 2, and 3 it can be 100 percent, packages 4 62.7 percent, and packages 5 which are at least 38.5 percent," continued Eniya.

Meanwhile, for 8,290 points that cannot be completed until March 30, 2024, continued Eniya, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources currently plans to complete it with the 2024 State Budget through budget reallocation in accordance with statutory provisions.

"So at this time we are reallocated and we ask the leaders (Commission VII) to coordinate to determine the exact point, at least in their respective districts and cities," concluded Eniya.
