Digital Payment Business Acceleration, Bank DKI Partners With BC Card Asia Pacific

JAKARTA - Bank DKI is again expanding collaboration as an effort to optimize digital business performance. Most recently, Bank DKI is collaborating with BC Card Asia Pacific, the largest payment system company in Korea, in terms of cooperation in implementing a retail payment system in the form of an Acquiring service system.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding was Carried out by the Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono and CEO of BC Card Asia Pacific, Hong Seok Man in Jakarta on Tuesday 7 March. This collaboration is also in line with the digitalization transformation momentum that has been implemented by the Company since 2021," said Amirul Wicaksono.

In line with that, the CEO of BC Card Korea, Choi Wonseok also gave a positive view of the strategic collaboration that has been established.

As is known, the Acquiring service system is a form of service that facilitates payment using a card (APMK) both debit and credit cards in daily payment activities.

Finally, Bank DKI has successfully collaborated with Bank BCA and the PRIMA network to utilize Cardless Cash Deposit and Withdrawal services at the BCA ATM network, Bank BNI ATM, and CIMB Niaga with the PRIMA network logo spread throughout the archipelago.

In terms of non-cash transaction services using cards, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of DKI Jakarta transportation, entrance tickets to a number of museums, to transactions at various merchants that work with Bank DKI.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that this collaboration confirms Bank DKI's commitment to innovating and expanding collaboration to increase the competitiveness of products and services. Along with the implementation of the 5.0 Transformation Program, Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive in presenting digital banking solutions that are more personal, mobile, and reliable, through the New JakOne Mobile application which comes with a more attractive appearance, user-friendliness, and more complete features.

"Starting from paying various bills and shopping online, scanning transactions with QRIS, topping up electronic money balances, giving alms and donations, paying taxes and levies, to securing emergency funds through opening deposits and opening savings accounts online," said Arie.

One of the newest features is the Mobile Cash feature for cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other cooperating banks, such as Bank BCA, Bank BNI, Bank CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.

"Apart from providing convenience, the security of the JakOne Mobile Super Apps application has been tested by receiving the ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System certification for the provision of JakOne Mobile Super Apps services," closed Arie.
