JAKARTA - Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officer (PPSU) Ancol Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta again held a strike on Tuesday, resulting in piled up garbage and the environment getting dirty.

"Since morning no PPSU officers have been working, today I happen to have a work holiday, usually at 09.00 WIB everything is clean," said Ancol resident Teguh as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 20.

He said PPSU officers usually started work from 05.00 WIB.

"Usually clean from there to here," he said.

Another resident of Ancol, Dewi Suci, said that this strike made garbage pile up to make the environment dirty.

He hopes that PPSU officers can work again so that the environment becomes clean

"Usually PPSU is cleaned and this condition has a huge impact on the community," he said

Meanwhile, dozens of PPSU officers gathered in the West Ancol area of the Three Districts of Pademangan, North Jakarta.

They reunited the strike on the second day because of insulting words made by the Lurah and the Secretary of the Ancol Village Head.

Previously, the Head of Pademangan Sub-district, Didit Mulyadi, stated that he would summon the Ancol Saud M Manik Village Head regarding the strike action of the Ancol Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officer (PPSU).

"I will summon the Ancol Village Head and confront the statement from the PPSU officer," said Head of Pademangan Sub-district, Didit Mulyadi.

Previously, dozens of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officers (PPSU) of Ancol Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta carried out a strike action due to insulting actions from the Head of Saud M Manik Village and Ancol Secretary Khenny on Monday (19/2).

He demanded justice and asked the Ancol Village Head to apologize to all PPSU officers for often insulting.
