Officers Allegedly Damaged The 2024 Election Voice Letter In Tokyo, PPLN: Not In Accordance With The Facts On The Field

JAKARTA - The Overseas Election Committee (PPLN) in Tokyo responded to a video with the nasari of cheating on the 2024 General Election in Tokyo circulating on social media (medsos) X.

He explained that when the vote took place on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at TPSLN 2 Tokyo, the remaining number of ballots was only a few, while the voter queue was still long.

On the advice of Panwaslu LN Tokyo in accordance with KPU Decree No. 66 of 2024 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Voting and Counting in General Elections, PPLN Tokyo provided PPWP and DPR RI ballots from return to secondary (RTS) from the post method to TPSLN 2 Tokyo according to the number of DPTb voters.

However, when the vote ended, additional PPWP and DPR RI ballots from RTS were not used at all because two percent of the DPT + reserve ballots were still available.

Considering the witness' attention that additional ballots from the RTS Pos could be misused by irresponsible parties, deliberations were also carried out by witnesses from TPSLN 2 Tokyo, KPPSLN TPSLN 2 Tokyo, and PPLN Tokyo, witnessed by the TPS Supervisor.

Dina said the decisions taken in the deliberation were additional PPWP and DPR RI ballots from RTS which were not used with a cross and were sealed in separate ballot boxes. PPLN Tokyo supports and approves the decision of the deliberation.
