JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) detected 12 hotspots in a number of areas in North Sumatra.

BMKG forecaster for Medan Utami Al Khairiyah Region I in Medan Thursday said the 12 hotspots were monitored based on the monitoring of Modis Sensors in the form of the Tera, Aqua, SNPP, and NOAA20 Satellites.
