"The receipt of money by the defendant Andri Gustami in the three BCA account numbers was carried out from May to June 2023 or after the defendant escorted narcotics belonging to the Fredy Pratama illicit trafficking syndicate that crossed Bakauheni Port, South Lampung," said Eka.

The defendant was also charged with Article 137 letter ajuncto Article 136 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
