JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono responded to the request of members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD to open access to monitoring the preparation of the APBD in the e-budgeting system to council members.

This request was conveyed by DKI Jakarta DPRD member Bambang Kusumanto in a plenary meeting of the DKI Jakarta DPRD regarding the delivery of the Governor's Appointment address to the Raperda for Accountability for the Implementation of the APBD for the 2022 Fiscal Year.

Heru considers it natural that Bambang asked DPRD members to be allowed to censor this budgeting system. This is because their job is to supervise the implementation of the regional budget and accommodate the aspirations of the community through recesses.

"Proposed by Mr. Bambamg, the input regarding seeing e-planning and e-budgeting, in my opinion, is only natural so that the results of the recess can be monitored from the start, whether they enter or not," said Heru at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Thursday, July 20.

Heru will follow up on Bambang's request to open access to e-budgeting belonging to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Later we will discuss it with the Regional Secretary of the Bappeda, at the BPKD (Regional Financial Management Agency) soa e-planning, e-budgeting, yes," he said.

Previously, there was an interruption from a member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Bambang Kusumanto, in a plenary meeting of the DKI Jakarta DPRD regarding the delivery of the Governor's Appointment speech to the Raperda for Accountability for the Implementation of the APBD for the 2022 Fiscal Year.

In its interruption, Bambang urged the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono who was also present to open access to monitoring the preparation of the APBD in the e-budgeting system.

"I respectfully request that this can be resolved for our common interest so that my fellow members of the council, including me, can also monitor, especially the aspirations of the citizens of Jakarta that we are fighting for through recess," said Bambang at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building.

Bambang emphasized that in carrying out the supervisory function, the board members have the right to get access to monitor the budgeting system. However, he regretted that the access was closed by the DKI Provincial Government.

Bambang also admitted that Commission A of the DKI Jakarta DPRD often asks the DKI Jakarta Communication, Information and Statistics Agency (Diskominfotik) and the DKI Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) to provide accounts and passwords to be able to monitor this APBD system.

"Every year if commission A has a meeting with Bappeda, with Diskominfo, they always promise access, but never give it," he said.
