According to the North Kuta Police Chief, reporting the victim will clarify cases of alleged abuse.
"So, let's look at the case first, whether it's a complaint offense or not. We'll see first how the offense is, what the overall element is. If we want to secure and arrest someone, it can't be arbitrary and the evidence must be complete. Witnesses must be present, If we find the person, we will do an initial examination first," continued the police chief.
