The status of the suspect for publishing the plan is based on an Investigator Beginning Order (SPDP) sent by the North Sumatra Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA) to the North Sumatra High Court on February 8, 2022.

Yos explained that until now, the North Sumatra Attorney General's Office is still receiving SPDP files. His party is waiting for the transfer of the case file for Phase I from the North Sumatra BBKSDA.
