Anies Baswedan Publishes Kepgub PPKM Level 4 In Jakarta, Here Are The Details Of The Protocol Protokol

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued Governor Decree No. 925 of 2021 concerning PPKM Level 4 COVID-19 which is valid for five days, from July 22 to 25.

This gubernatorial decree is a derivative of the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities Level 4 Corona Virus Disease in the Java and Bali Regions.

Anies said that PPKM Level 4 is currently being carried out taking into account the trend of COVID-19 cases in the field.

"God willing, all of our efforts can bear fruit in the next 5 days, if we are able to be disciplined, not careless, not tired, to continue to maintain health protocols wherever and whenever," said Anies in his statement, Thursday, July 22. .

Meanwhile, the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol and enforcement of sanctions in this Governor's Decree is carried out in accordance with the provisions in Governor Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Implementing Regulations of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning COVID-19 Management.

Following are the protocol details at PPKM Level 4 Jakarta:

1. Activities at work/office

a. Non-essential sector:

Work from home (WFH) is 100 percent.

b. Essential sector

1. Finance and banking only covers insurance, banks, pawnshops, pension funds, and financial institutions that are oriented to physical services with customers:

Work from office (WFO) is 50 percent for locations related to services to the community, with stricter implementation of health protocols. WFO of 25 percent is for office administration services to support operations, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

2. Capital market essential sector (oriented to customer service and good capital market operations); information and communication technology includes cellular operators, data centers, internet, postal services, media related to the dissemination of information to the public; and non-COVID-19 quarantine handling hotels are subject to WFO of 50 percent with stricter implementation of health protocols

3. Essential sectors of export orientation industry where the company must show proof of sample documents for notification of export of goods (PEB) for the last 12 months or other documents that show export plans and are required to have an operational and mobility permit for industrial activities (IOMKI):

WFO of 50 percent is only in production facilities/factories, with stricter implementation of health protocols. WFO of 10 percent is for office administration services to support operations, with stricter implementation of health protocols.

4. Essential sectors in the government sector that provide public services that cannot be delayed, the implementation of WFO is at most 25 percent, with the implementation of health protocols more stringently.

c. Critical sectors:

1. health, safety and order:

WFO of 100 percent with stricter implementation of health protocols.

2. disaster management, energy, logistics, transportation, and distribution, especially for the community's basic needs, food and beverages and their supports, including for livestock/pets, fertilizers and petrochemicals, cement and building materials, national vital objects, national strategic projects, construction (public infrastructure), and basic utilities (electricity, water, and waste management):

WFO of 100 percent is only for production/construction/service facilities to the community, with stricter implementation of health protocols. WFO of 25 percent is for office administration services to support operations, with stricter implementation of health protocols. 2. Teaching and learning activities

Schools, colleges, academies, places of education, training are conducted online.

3. Activities in the daily necessities sector

a. Supermarkets, grocery stores, and supermarkets selling daily necessities: operating hours are limited to 20.00 WIB with a capacity of 50 percent of visitors with stricter implementation of health protocols.

b. Traditional markets: operating hours are limited to 13.00 WIB with a capacity of 50 percent of visitors, with the implementation of more stringent health protocols, especially the main market can operate according to operating hours.

c. Pharmacies and drug stores can be open 24 hours, with stricter implementation of health protocols

4. Eating/drinking activities in public places

Food stalls, restaurants, cafes, street vendors, hawker stalls (both located in separate locations and those located in shopping centers/malls) only accept delivery/take away and do not accept dine-in.

5. Activities at shopping centers/malls/trade centers

Shopping centers/malls/trade centers: temporarily closed, unless access to restaurants, supermarkets and supermarkets can be allowed, with due observance of the provisions on critical sectors and activities in points 1 and 4.

6. Construction activities

Construction sites for public infrastructure (construction sites and project sites) operate 100 percent with operating hours, capacity, and stricter implementation of health protocols.

7. Worship activities
