The reason is that the meat is distributed in the form of rendang so that people can directly eat it so they don't have to bother processing the meat anymore.

"One package of 250 grams, we distribute to the public in ripe form. So we distribute it in a form ready for public consumption," said Guruh.

Also present were Head of Operations Section of North Jakarta Metro Police Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police Dhany Aryanda and Head of Kelapa Gading Police Sector Adjunct Police Commissioner Rio Mikael L Tobing during the distribution of the aid packages to homes of people in need.

Guruh wants the momentum of the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1442 Hijri to be felt by all North Jakarta residents, especially those who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19 and must undergo self-isolation at home.

For this reason, according to the directions of the Metro Jaya Police Chief, the North Jakarta Metro Police also spent money from the results of the sacrificial piggy bank collected every morning rally for the last three months to buy the sacrificial animals.
