Patients Until Pregnant Women Complain Bad Services At RSDH Cianjur, Police Move To Conduct Investigations

CIANJUR - Police Resort Cianjur West Java conducted an investigation into the management of the Doctor Hafidz Hospital (RSDH) Cianjur following allegations of poor service to the community.

One of them is holding the patient's vehicle to pregnant women who do not receive service.

Cianjur Police Chief AKBP Mochamad Rifai said his party had received many reports related to the poor service of the private hospital. Including during an inspection with the Forkopimda Cianjur.

"We also received another report from the public that the car was detained by the hospital because it had not been able to pay off the payment during his wife's delivery, and many other reports, so we will conduct an investigation," he said in Cianjur as reported by Antara, Friday, July 16.

In fact, he said, when conducting an inspection with the Forkopimda Cianjur, which was led by the Regent of Cianjur, many patients complained that they did not get good services, such as waiting for the results of the rapid antigen test for hours and pregnant women who were not served.

So that his party immediately ordered members to investigate the case, to ensure whether there was an element of intent or negligence that could enter the criminal realm.

"If a report is found that goes into the criminal realm, we will follow up, for now, we come to the hospital to give a direct warning based on reports from the people who have been harmed," he said

But for now, he added, his party has ordered the Satreskrim to conduct an investigation and continue to conduct studies first to ascertain the point of violation committed by the RSDH.

"There must be a study and investigation by Satreskrim, whether there is intentional negligence or not. Included in the criminal element or not. If there is an element of intentional negligence in the service, we will take firm action," he said.
