JAKARTA - The National Police have yet to hand over two members of the Polda Metro Jaya who are suspects in the unlawful killing case. Although, the investigation file has been declared complete or P21 by the Attorney General's Office (AGO).
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, said that the two suspects with the initials F and Y had not yet been handed over because the Prosecutor's Office had not yet determined the location of the trial.
"Not yet (handed over). We are still coordinating the venue for the trial, in West Java or in Jakarta, considering that there are many witnesses in Jakarta," said Argo in his statement, Thursday, July 22.
In addition, Argo also mentioned the reason behind the fact that he had not clearly explained the full identities of the suspects. However, he said it would be disclosed transparently in due course.
"Later, when stage 2 is complete, I will not give full details (the identities of the 2 police officers who shot the FPI Troops)," said Argo.

"The research prosecutor at the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes stated that the case file for the alleged murder on behalf of the suspects FR and MYO is complete or P21," said the Head of the AGO, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak in his statement, Friday, June 25.
The investigation file was declared complete based on the results of the exposure of the unlawful killing case carried out by the research prosecutor team. In addition, the AGO has also communicated with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police to hand over evidence and suspects FR and MYO.
"To be able to immediately hand over the responsibility of the suspect and evidence or the submission of stage II, to determine whether the case has met the requirements to be transferred to court," said Leonard.
In this case, three members of the Polda Metro Jaya have been named as suspects in the unlawful killing of the shooting of FPI soldiers. This determination is based on the Police Report (LP) model A after receiving a recommendation from Komnas HAM.
