Apart From Being Suspected Of Being Corrupted, The Land That Sarana Jaya Bought For A DP House Of Rp0 Turns Out To Be On The Green Line

JAKARTA - The PSI faction of the DKI DPRD found the fact that the purchase of land from Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya in Munjul, which is currently included in the alleged corruption case, is on the green line. This means that this land cannot be built for housing under the Rp0 DP House program.

"From a spatial perspective, PSI found the fact that the land acquisition by Sarana Jaya in Munjul covering an area of 4.2 hectares could not be used to build a DP flat for Rp. 0," Eneng Malianasari, a member of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD, told reporters, Friday, July 16.

Eneng explained, in the attachment of the spatial map in Perda 1 of 2014 concerning Detailed Spatial Planning and Zoning Planning, the green line area is 60 percent of the total 4.5 hectares purchased by Sarana Jaya.

Land located in the green recreation zone is an area dominated by green areas for ecological functions and absorption with a maximum building height of 2 floors and no flats are allowed.

Then, about 40 percent of the land purchased by Sarana Jaya is located in the residential zoning R.9 with a low basic building coefficient (KDB) and a maximum building height of 3 floors.

In addition, the land is next to the Wiladatika Airport which is used for small planes and helicopters. The land should not be built with more than 6 floors near the airport.

"Actually, what will this land be used for? Is it for flats, landed houses, or gardens? Pak Anies has assigned Sarana Jaya to build thousands of flats with DP 0, but why buy green land near the airport?" said Eneng.

Actually, Eneng admitted that Commission B of the DKI DPRD had asked Sarana Jaya for an explanation regarding the transparency of their land purchase data, which has a total of 70 hectares of the entire program.

Unfortunately, when the DPRD asked for an explanation in a meeting some time ago, Sarana Jaya admitted that he could not explain and asked for additional time to provide a written explanation.

“Sarana Jaya does not want to disclose the location data of the 70 hectares of land that has been purchased. What is wrong? If there is no problem with the land, why is the location covered up? We urge Mr. Anies not to be afraid to disclose the data on the location of land acquisition in Sarana Jaya," he concluded.
