Baim Wong Brings Back Expert Witness For Children At Divorce Trial With Paula Verhoeven

JAKARTA - Baim Wong and Paula Verhoeven's divorce trial was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA). Baim, who was present accompanied by his attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, said that his party would return to present 1 expert witness in the field of children at the divorce trial. "Today I filed 1 expert witness in the field of children, and there are several fact witnesses," said Fahmi Bachmid at PA South Jakarta, Wednesday, December 18. "So it remains only to wait for them to be present, later whether the fact witnesses in the past or expert witnesses first depend on the panel of judges," he continued. Faihmi explained that the presence of expert witnesses in the divorce trial was not an attempt to obtain child custody. "There are already rules, so one of them is related to what is best for children. So don't consider children as objects in the legal process," he explained. Baim Wong's party has presented 6 witnesses, namely 5 fact witnesses and 1 expert witness in which one of the fact is Teuku Jordan Zacky.Baim feels that Teuku Zacky is a person who has been quite a lot of household issues with Paula Verhoeven so far.
