JAKARTA - The trial of former dangdut singer Inul Daratista, Leon Tada finally reached the verdict of the North Jakarta District Court (PN) judge, Tuesday, December 17.
Based on the Public Relations of the North Jakarta District Court, Maryono, Leon has been found guilty of violating Article 362 of the Criminal Code related to theft and was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
"Today it seems that it was just read out, yes, after I sought information that the defendant, Leon Tada, had been decided by the panel of judges and the verdict was in accordance with the Public Prosecutor's filing proven to have violated Article 362 and sentenced to 3 years in prison," said Maryono at his office, Tuesday, December 17.
Maryono also explained that the aggravating punishment for Leon Tada was that he was declared to have enjoyed the results of the theft for the spree and was not returned.
"Some of the considerations used by the judge were 3 years because apart from being a security guard there, they also enjoyed the results and the results enjoyed it for the spree, it was clear, and it was not returned at all," explained Maryono.
