Welcoming Christmas Day, Bank Sampoerna Distributes Education Funds For Children At The Elok Door Orphanage

JAKARTA - Welcoming Christmas this year, PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna (Bank Sampoerna) again shows its commitment to support social welfare through the implementation of social responsibility programs packaged in social service events.

On this occasion, Bank Sampoerna collaborated with KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, Putera Sampoerna Foundation, and Sampoerna Strategic Square to hand over donations worth Rp. 100 million to the children of the Orphanage At Pintu Elok. In addition, Bank Sampoerna also invited children to shop for school needs at Gramedia World BSD, Tangerang, Tuesday, December 17.

The two activities are part of Bank Sampoerna's ongoing efforts to encourage better education progress, especially for those who are underprivileged.

Sampoerna Bank's Chief Digital Business Ivan Giarto revealed that the distribution of this donation is a form of empathy, as well as the company's efforts to run the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in growing the spirit of concern for others.
