A Total Of 5.4 Million Vehicles Are Predicted To Pass On The Astra Infra Toll Road During The Nataru Holiday, Up 2.1 Percent

JAKARTA - Astra Infra Toll Road predicts that as many as 5.4 million vehicles will pass across all Astra toll roads during the long Christmas 2024 and New Year 2025 (Nataru) holidays.

The number of vehicles increased by 2.1 percent compared to the Nataru 2023 period.

"There are 5.4 million vehicles estimated to be going through the Tangerang 'Merak, Cikopo' Palimanan and Jombang' Mojokerto toll roads during the Nataru 2024/2025 period," said Head of the Nataru Task Force Astra Infra Group Rinaldi in the Media Gathering Nataru 2024/2025 Astra Infra Group in Jakarta, Tuesday, December 17.

As for the details, as many as 2.9 million vehicles will cross the Tangerang 'Merak Toll Road, there are 1.8 million vehicles passing through the Cikopo' Palimanan Toll Road and 0.8 million vehicles crossing the Jombang 'Mojokerto Toll Road.

"This figure is up 2.3 percent compared to the Nataru 2023 period," he said.

According to Rinaldi, the peak traffic flow on the three toll roads is different.

He said the peak traffic flow on the Tangerang 'Merak Toll Road will occur on December 20, December 27 and January 5, 2025.

As for the Cikopo 'Palimanan Toll Road, it is predicted that the peak traffic flow will occur on December 21, December 29, and January 3, 2025.

Meanwhile, for the Jombang 'Mojokerto Toll Road, said Rinaldi, the peak traffic flow is predicted to occur on December 25, December 29 and January 5, 2025.

"Why is this not the same? This is of course because the characteristics of each toll road are different and this is statistical data from several years we have been operating. We can draw conclusions like this," he added.
