検察官はスンバワ地域病院の汚職事件で満足の兆候を見つけました

The prosecutor's office investigators found indications of gratification in the alleged corruption case in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Sumbawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD), West Nusa Tenggara, in the 2022 fiscal year.

"In this case, it is not only the alleged mark-up, but there are also allegations of gratification," said Sumbawa Kejari Chief Adung Sutriangono in Mataram as reported by ANTARA, Monday, May 29.

The new allegations that emerged in the investigation, said Adung, are now included in the agenda for developing case handling.

"We still have to investigate the allegation (gratification)," he said.

The deepening, he said, relates to the fulfillment of evidence that leads to elements of criminal acts of gratification, namely Article 11 and/or Article 12e of the Corruption Eradication Law.

"However, for now we are still applying Article 2 and Article 3. Later, if there is sufficient evidence, then we will apply Article 12e and Article 11," he said.

Adung emphasized that the handling of this case had also received attention from the Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office. In fact, in handling it, his party has conducted a case title with the NTB Prosecutor's Office.

"We hold it together to finalize the handling," he said.

In this case, he said, the role of the suspect has not been revealed. However, he is optimistic that this will be revealed after investigators complete the evidence, one of which is related to the figure of state losses.

"Just wait for the time," said Adung.

During the investigation, the prosecutor revealed allegations of misappropriation of BLUD funds from 883 work items, one of which was related to the payment of health services (jaspelkes).

Especially for Jaspelkes in the 3-month period, from October to December 2022, it was recorded that there were arrears in payments of Rp. 10.5 billion.

Therefore, the potential state loss, which was previously submitted with a value of Rp. 1.6 billion, has the opportunity to increase.

For this reason, the Head of the Intelligence Section of the Sumbawa Kejari, Juliartana, said that his party still had to wait for the results of the audit from experts. In this case, from institutions that have accreditation in calculating state losses.
