Reporter Of Flashdisk Recording Related To The Case Of The Secretary Of The Supreme Court Will Be Called By The KPK

JAKARTA - Linda alias Oca, a recording reporter related to the bribery case that ensnared Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan, is ready to be confirmed by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) next week. He claims that he has no interest whatsoever in the alleged riot.

"That's why I'm here without any interests. The interest is in Hasbi, it has no interest in the KPK," he told reporters, Saturday, May 27.

He said he didn't know Hasbi. However, Linda felt the need to report the recording she got to the KPK to make light of the case even though the end felt insecure.

He admitted that he was often followed by unknown people while on the way. In fact, Linda said that someone came to her neighbor to find the truth of her home address.

In response to this, the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) stated that the protection of whistleblowers for alleged legal cases, such as Linda, may be carried out. The condition is that he must report to the police to ensure that there is a criminal incident against him.

"LPSK can provide protection if the incident experienced is reported in a criminal context," said LPSK Deputy Chairman Edwin Partogi Pasaribu when confirmed.

According to him, someone cannot only report a direct threat asking for protection. LPSK will certainly decide which party can get the right help.

Previously, Linda had come to the KPK to bring a flash drive containing a recording she claimed was related to the bribery case handling the case at the Supreme Court on Monday, May 15. He hopes that the anti-corruption commission will study the data.

Linda has also tried to give the recorded flashdisk to Hasbi. This effort occurred on Wednesday, May 24 when Hasbi was summoned as a suspect in the bribery case in case management.

As for the alleged bribery in case management, Hasbi's involvement was detected by the KPK after his name was mentioned in the indictments of Theodorus Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno who are lawyers. He is said to have played with former Commissioner of PT Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto as an intermediary.
