Cilacap Farmers Joint Venture Rp. 250 Thousand To Participate In A Demo Against The Job Creation Law In Jakarta

JAKARTA - As many as 50 farmers from Cilacap Regency, Central Java, joined a number of demonstrating elements in the Central Jakarta area.

"We were from Cilacap at 21.00 WIB last night, arriving at Jakarta at dawn," said Cilacap Farmers Coordinator, Sujana in Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, October 20.

Sujana said that the involvement of farmers in the demonstration against the Omnibus Law and a year of Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin's administration in the area of the Arjuna Wiwaha Horse Statue was funded with personal money.

They collect Rp. 250 thousand each for food and drink, up to the cost of traveling from Cilacap to Jakarta using a rental vehicle (travel).

Sujana was facilitated by a speech stage using a command car belonging to a mass of workers on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan.

In his oration, the farmers questioned President Joko Widodo's promise regarding agrarian reform, which until now has not been realized

"We just want to ask that. About agrarian reform," he said.

After giving speeches for 30 minutes, the group of farmers left the location of the action to return to Cilacap using a rented bus.
