Prepare Derivative Regulations On Job Creation Law, Minister Of Environment And Forestry Forms Drafting Team

JAKARTA - Minister of Environment and Forestry (LHK) Siti Nurbaya created a Government Regulation Drafting Team (RPP). This team is in charge of drafting derivative rules from the Omnibus Law on Cipta Kerja, which was passed last Monday, October 5.

The team, which is a follow-up to Siti regarding the implementation of the Job Creation Law, will be divided into several fields such as RPP for Environmental Protection and Management, RPP for Forestry, and RPP for Procedures for Imposing Administrative Sanctions and Procedures for Non-Tax State Revenue from Administrative Fines.

"The formation of the RPP Team is in accordance with the President's instructions to immediately formulate a Government Regulation (PP) as a derivative of the Job Creation Law so that its implementation can be immediately implemented, as well as avoiding differences in interpretation in society that tend to be negative towards this law," said Siti as quoted from her written statement. , Wednesday, October 14th.

In an effort to formulate the draft regulation, he said that his party was currently gathering input from the public.

This collection will be continued with the preparation of an initial draft for later leadership meetings related to rounding off the draft at the MoEF level.

The draft results of this meeting will later be consulted with academics, experts to observers, and other policy holders for later discussion to the public.

"After that, it will also be harmonized with ministries / agencies as well as local governments and the final results of the draft, KLHK will report to the Coordinating Minister for the Economy," he said.

In order for it to run smoothly, Minister Siti invited all parties to take a close look at articles by article and the government made the purpose of the Job Creation Law. So, in the future this controversial law can be supported for the progress of Indonesia.
