YOGYAKARTA - Google plans to license new data maps (Google Maps) to various companies. This is apart from using data maps for materials related to renewable energy and air quality monitoring applications. Google hopes to create up to 100 million US dollars in the first year, which was reported Wednesday (30/8/2023).

Google plans to sell access to API (app programming interface) with solar power and air quality data. Among these new offerings is the Solar API, which can be used by solar power installers such as SunRun and Tesla.
