According to the company, Fans products will help artists find their fans in SoundCloud, by leveraging a combination of proprietary data from Fan Powered Royalti, engagement data, and user reach.

With this new tool, you can even sort the most involved fans based on indicators such as comments, listening behavior, sharing habits, and more.

In addition, you can also send messages to fans directly. Not only for chatting, you can make announcements, say thank you, even sell tickets or merchandise

"Wherever you are in your career, you can bring your fans on your path and let them help you succeed," Chan concluded.

Starting today, SoundCloud will also expand the availability of beta Fans to more than 50 thousand Next Pro artists. The company promises to continue to make updates in the future.

Meanwhile, several artists who participated in the Fans trial said that they really needed this tool.

"It takes all this digital data... all these numbers are human beings and turns them back into human beings again... where SoundCloud always wins compared to other streaming platforms are communities," said Armani White, a rapper from America.
