JAKARTA - IndiHome, one of the service products from PT Telkom Indonesia, managed to get an award in the category 'Best Customer Feedback Strategy' at the 17th Anniversary Awards for Sales & Customer Service held in Las Vegas, United States recently.

Competing with more than 2,300 entries and judged by 170 professional judges at the global level, this award is the highest appreciation obtained by the consumer service unit and sales IndiHome, for being ready to serve its customers.

Kurniawan, said that the election of IndiHome in 7 categories could also be interpreted as the continued improvement in customer service and sales IndiHome, which last year only received 3 awards at the same event.
