JAKARTA - Nightdive Studios announced that the remake of the System Shock game will be postponed until May 30, from what was previously scheduled for release this month.

The developer did not explain the exact reason why System Shock's release was postponed for the next two months. However, the studio said it could not catch up with the game's release this month.

The wait is almost over. The PC System Shock remake edition, completely from the original breakthrough from 1994, will be released on May 30 this year. We hope to bring the game to market by the end of March, but it turns out to be just beyond our reach; we are all just human beings," wrote the developer in a recent post on Steam's blog.

Those waiting for this System Shock remake will later be launched to several game platforms including for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and also Xbox Series X / S.

According to its announcement, System Shock remake really changed the original game with a new HD, UI visual display, refreshable music, CyberSpace level reshuffle, and also realistic cuts and damage. Furthermore, PC versions of this game also support 4K and high frame rate with Nvidia DLSS.

As you all know, we've taken a classic gameplay from the original game and added stunning HD visuals, completely new controls, and interfaces. The game features an unprecedented enemy, tweet gameplay, and a new hacking system that will keep you alert, "explained the developer.

Here, you have a mission to save the earth from disaster. You have to use all your hidden, cunning, and futuristic weapons to navigate Citadel Station.
