JobStreet: 34 Percent Of IT Workers Receive Job Offers Every Month

JAKARTA - Through a recent report from the SEEK, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and The Network regarding the 'Future of Recruitment', JobStreet revealed that interest in workers with expertise in technology is still high, especially in Indonesia.

This high interest is because companies continue to look for ways to improve their digital capabilities. With hybrid, online and offline work systems, many companies adopt large-scale technologies in their ecosystem to implement rapid digital transformation.

Based on the exclusive report, it shows that 34% of workers in the field of information technology (IT) get job offers every month, and 16% get job offers every week.

As for workers in the field of Digitalization, Science Data, and AI, they also report similar experiences: 34% every month, and 14% every week.

"On the other hand, there are non-technology companies that need talent with technology expertise to accelerate digital transformation and the application of technology in this digital era. Data Science and AI specialists are also needed to optimize their business through digitalization," said Varun Mehta, COO - Indonesia, JobStreet, at a tech networking event in Jakarta, quoted Thursday, March 9.

In the same event held in collaboration with Tech In Asia, JobStreet also presented a SeekTALKS session that explained the insights of industry experts.
