Tezos (XTZ) In Collaboration With Google, XTZ Coins Up 14 Percent!

JAKARTA - The smart-contract Tezos (XTZ) platform has formed a partnership with Google Cloud, which will become a validator on the Tezos network. In this new program, Tezos will help Google Cloud corporate customers use the Tezos node to support Web3 innovation on its blockchain.

In a statement, James Tromans, Technical Director, Web3 at Google Cloud, stated that Google Cloud will provide safe and reliable infrastructure for Web3 founders and developers to innovate and scale up their apps.

"At Google Cloud, we provide safe and reliable infrastructure for Web3 founders and developers to innovate and scale up their apps... We look forward to bringing Google Cloud dependence and scalability to empower Web3 apps at Tezos," said Web3 Technical Director at Google Cloud, James Tromans.

The chief commercial officer at the Tezos Foundation, Mason Edwards, stated that reliable, scalable, and secure technology is critical to achieving institutional adoption and mass market opportunities. He also stated that a deal with Google Cloud would allow Tezos to incorporate larger institutions and institutions into this space.

Following the announcement, XTZ, the original Tezos token, jumped 14 percent in a matter of hours. At the time of writing, XTZ is trading at a price of IDR 21,185 per coin with a market capitalization of IDR 19.6 trillion according to CoinMarketCap data.

The partnership is expected to accelerate development and innovation on the Tezos blockchain, and enable easy use of nodes and indexers at Tezos to build Web3 apps for Google Cloud subscribers.

With the presence of Google Cloud as a validator on the Tezos network, it is expected to increase Google Cloud's dependence and scalability to empower Web3 apps at Tezos, and help accelerate institutional adoption and mass market opportunities on blockchain spaces.
