New Twitter For You Tab Now Officially Plays On Web Desktop

JAKARTA - A few days ago, Twitter rolled out two new tabs, namely "For You" and "Following" for Twitter users on iOS. These two tabs allow you to be able to switch between two feeds.

TabFor You, which shares its name with a TikTok algorithm-based feed, is similar to the old "Home" option, which displays tweets from people you follow, interspersed with tweets you might like.

While tabFollowing allows users to view tweets based on the latest time. So, if you shift to this tab, the Twitter timeline will display the latest tweets from the accounts you follow.

On January 11 yesterday, Twitter launched this feature just for iOS users, but now these two new tabs have been rolled out to Twitter users on the web.

"You can now easily switch between "For You" and "Following" on the web. Android arrivals come soon," wrote Elon Musk's social media platform on the @TwitterSupport account.

According to VOI pantuan, if you open Twitter via the current desktop web, you will see a new look on your timeline.

Changes make Twitter more accessible to switch between some features, as now only one sweep is needed, instead of a few taps. This new feature will also be rolling out soon for Android users.

The changes partially fulfilled a promise from Twitter CEO Elon Musk. On December 20, he tweeted that "the main timeline should allow easy side-by-side friction between top topics, latest, trends and those you follow," and said the company would "immediately make these changes".
