JAKARTA - Microsoft celebrates its 40th anniversary of its flagship game title, Microsoft Flight Simulator, which to date has reached 10 million players.
"On November 11, we celebrate the 40th Anniversary by releasing Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe 40th Anniversary Edition," Neumann, Head of Microsoft Flight Simulator, said in its announcement, Wednesday, December 7.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a flight simulator game for aircraft and helicopters developed by Asobo Studio Company and published by Xbox Game Studios which was created specifically for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One Platforms.

The game was first released on August 18, 2020 for the Microsoft Windows platform. Today, Microsoft announced that more than 10 million players have enjoyed Microsoft Flight Simulator in Windows/PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and Xbox consoles.
Since its first launch, the latest version of Microsoft Flight Simulator has now received 27 strong updates from Microsoft.
"We will not reach this milestone without the ongoing support of our extraordinary communities and their continued involvement and contribution," Neumann said further.
