RRQ Collaborating With NTSTRAM MILO Presents MILO E-Activ Academy Contains Traditional Videos Of Physical Exercise Of ESports Athletes

JAKARTA - Nestmen MILO collaborated with the Indonesian eSports team, Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) in presenting MILO E-Activ Academy to support eSports fans to further develop their capabilities through physical training and gaming strategies.

In line with Nestlo MILO's commitment to realizing an active, healthy, and tough future generation of Indonesia, MILO E-Activ Academy presents a variety of physical training tutorial videos that can be accessed through the website www.milo.co.id/e-activ-academy.

With MILO E-Activ Academy, Mirna said, eSports lovers can find various physical exercises that can improve their eSports playing skills.

Deputy 3 for Sports Empowerment of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia Raden Isnanta also expressed his appreciation for Nestmen MILO.

"We are very supportive of the steps taken by Nest live MILO in presenting MILO E-Activ Academy for eSports fans in Indonesia. eSports has become a sport of achievement that has been recognized since 2020," said Raden.

According to him, currently many eSports teams consist of young people who continue to excel, and hope that the collaboration between Nestmen's MILO and RRQ can give birth to the seeds of Indonesian eSports players which will become the pride of the nation in the future.

The captain of the RRQ team, Rivaldi Fatah, known as RRQ R7, welcomed Nestway MILO's initiative to present MILO E-Activ Academy which contains a series of exercises that can support eSports players in improving their performance.

MILO E-Activ Academy presents a variety of tutorial videos featuring RRQ coaches and players. This video tutorial contains a series of basic exercises consisting of stamina and strength training, reflex and speed exercises, and memory training.
