JAKARTA - Treyarch Studio, the developer of Call of Duty announced that Modern Warfare II will present Ranked Play in 2023.

They said they were working to provide competitive mode, ranking skills sharing, visible skill rankings, top 250 ranking boards, and competitive prizes with Ranked Play.

But before that, players will be able to participate in the CDL Moshpit playlist which will come with the Modern Warfare II Season 1 update on November 16.

Not only that, Treyarch also confirmed that they will start stopping Black Ops Cold War League Play and Vanguard Ranked Play this month.

"As Ranked Play moves forward, we will start stopping #BlackOpsCold War Liga games and #Vanguard Game Ranking this month," the studio wrote in a thread on Twitter.

Before the title was officially stopped, the studio appealed for players to take the rest of their prizes before November 22 in both titles.

"The success of this mode directly contributes to the future of Ranked Play. We sincerely thank you for all the data, feedback, and playing time collected over the last two years," he concluded.

Along with the launch of the first season of Modern Warfare II content on November 16, Warzone 2.0 will also be free of charge.
