JAKARTA - During its annual fiscal earnings call, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that there are more than 20 million people who have streamed games using Xbox Cloud Gaming.

This number is certainly more than double the figure called Microsoft earlier this year, with a total of 10 million people.

Joining Epic Games and Microsoft as partners could be one of the factors in increasing the number of players, considering they brought Fortnite to Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Especially since Fortnite is the only game available free of charge via service and does not require an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Currently, Xbox Cloud Gaming is available on Samsung mobile, PC, and TV devices, and only supports games using gamepad on PC, or console-like controllers.

But now, players will soon be able to play games using mouse and keyboards. Because last June in a video upload on YouTube, Microsoft shared the news that Xbox Cloud Gaming will soon receive mouse and keyboard support to their services.

"Xbox has been supporting keyboards and mice for several years now, and we are working on adding them to streaming for PC users," Morgan Brown, a software engineer on Microsoft's Xbox gaming team, quoted The Verge as saying.

While working on keyboard and mouse support to Xbox Cloud Gaming, Microsoft is also bringing its service to the Meta Quest VR headset and working to expand the title available to your game library by the end of this year.
