JAKARTA - Blizzard Entertainment has officially released Overwatch 2 since Tuesday, October 4, PST time. However, a few hours after launch, many players had problems when they were about to enter the server.

The problems faced by players include:

In response to the issue, President Blizzard took to Twitter and said his team was currently working hard on the Overwatch 2 server issue.

"We are humble with the excitement of the players and will continue to focus on the problem and make players have fun," Blizzard president Mike Ybarra wrote on Twitter.

After a few minutes, Ybarra again reported that the problem currently experienced by the players was due to a mass DDoS attack.

"Unfortunately we experienced a mass DDoS attack on our servers. The team is working hard to reduce/manage. This causes a lot of drop/connection problems," Ybarra explained further.

But apparently, this problem doesn't come to all the players, because if you look at it on Twitter, you see a lot of players make it to the server and manage to play in the game.

However, if you have difficulty getting into the game, as stated by Ybarra, this DDoS attack may be one of the reasons.
