JAKARTA - Responding to Google's decision to stop Stadia services on January 18 next year, Ubisoft finally took steps for his game.

Ubisoft announced that players will still be able to play their games by transferring games from Stadia to PC via Ubisoft Connect.

"Although Stadia will be closed on January 18, 2023, we are pleased to say that we are trying to bring the game you have on Stadia to PC via Ubisoft Connect," Ubisoft said on Twitter.

While the studio allowed players to transfer their games, Ubisoft has not said further when players can start moving them.

It is currently unknown whether the studio will allow players to transfer storage in their Ubisoft games or not. However, Ubisoft said it would share more in the future.

"We will share more about specific details and their impact on Ubisoft+ customers in the future," he said. Previously Google had announced that Stadia would be closed earlier this week.

When it's officially closed later, Google states that it will return all Stadia hardware purchase funds made through the Google Store, as well as all purchases of additional games and content made through the Stadia store.

Google has previously canceled several games being developed for its platform, which according to rumors also includes a sequel to Death Stranding.
