JAKARTA - A senior game programmer at Creatures Inc. Jonathan Murphy hinted that the Detective Pikachu 2 game will be released in the near future.
The LinkedIn post was first discovered by users of Famiboards, who said that Murphy wrote the "not yet announced" Detective Pikachu 2 project on his profile.
"Work on projects that are not announced and are under development, Detective Pikachu 2," Murphy wrote in his LinkedIn profile caption.
Detective Pikachu 2 is a game that has almost never been discussed by The Pokémon Company since it was announced several years ago, the game also doesn't have a definite release date.
The latest news heard from the studio was when VGC reported a job advertisement for Creatures Inc in February.
