JAKARTA - Google has created a new feature called Nearby Share that can make it easier for you to send content to all the surrounding devices, be it photos, links, documents, or even Wi-Fi passwords.

turun Hunt, salah satu kontributor Keyword Google dalam blognya mengatakan bahwa Nearby Share akan membuat pengiriman file di Android menjadi lebih cepat daripada sebelumnya.

This feature is intended to be able to send files between personal devices such as cellphones, tablets, and chromebooks with just one tap. The company says, once enabled, you can transfer files from your device even if the device screen is off.

This feature will be available to all Nearby Share users in the coming weeks, although it only supports inter-device transfers you have.

Launching from the 9to5google report, the Nearby Share feature was actually introduced in 2020 to Android users on Pixel and Samsung phones.

Nearby Share is a feature Google created for Android as Apple's AirDrop competitor. AirDrop is an Apple feature that lets you transfer photos, links, and more quickly and wirelessly between iPhones, iPads, and Macs.

The advantage that Nearby Share Google has is that it can still send files even if the screen is off. While AirDrop Apple does not allow file transfer to the device you have when the screen goes off.
