Zatko will meet with the US Senate Judiciary committee on September 13 to discuss the allegations.

As part of the settlement, Zatko agreed to a confidentiality agreement prohibiting him from publicly speaking about his tenure on Twitter or anything that underestimates the company.

The secret settlement last June was related to compensation for lost time for Zatko and followed mediation for months of more than tens of millions of dollars in potential payments he should have received.
