JAKARTA - Square Enix will postpone the release of Forspoken for the second time. Initially, this title was promised to be released on May 24, and then postponed to October 11.

Again postponed, publishers announced via Twitter that they had agreed to postpone the release of Forspoken until January 24, 2023.

"As a result of ongoing discussions with key partners, we have made a strategic decision to move the launch date of Forspoken to January 24, 2023," the publisher said.

Earlier in the first delay, Luminous Productions said the delay in Forspoken was due to the desire to maintain its quality. Gamers will be given a completely different review and display.

But in this second fine, Square Enix did not explain the details of the delay, but they said that all elements of the game had been completed, and development was in the final refinement stage.

"We would like to thank you for your ongoing support and patience on this journey," said the publisher.

Forspoken will appear on PlayStation 5 and PCs globally in 2023. And Square Enix promises to share more about Forspoken with you later this summer.
