Release Of The Latest Battle Arena Game Project Q, Ubisoft Makes Sure Not To Add NFT

JAKARTA - Ubisoft announced that this upcoming team battle arena game is not a battle royale game nor does it have NFT.

The statement was made by Ubisoft on Twitter, Saturday, April 23 in response to leakers (a term for people who leak confidential information about video games) who uploaded footage of the game, codenamed Project Q.

In a series of tweets, Ubisoft said that the game is not a battle royale.

“The game will feature various PvP modes with one goal: FUN! We have no plans to add NFT to the game, you can find out more by registering and taking the upcoming test!” wrote Ubisoft.

As stated in a Ubisoft tweet, you can sign up for upcoming tests for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC on the Ubisoft website.

Ubisoft did not provide information on when the test will be available, or whether or not the game will be free to play. But if you are interested, register yourself and wait for further information.

Ubisoft had launched the free-to-play battle royale Hyper Scape in 2022. Unfortunately, the game was short-lived.

Recently, Ubisoft Studio, Massive Entertainment announced via Twitter that they are looking for a playtester for their newest game title, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
