JAKARTA – Recently, a Shiba Inu Metaverse user was found to have created a swastika symbol which is a Nazi symbol by using his virtual land ownership. Knowing this, the developer Shiba Inu (SHIB) did not remain silent.

The user's digital wallet address has been blacklisted for violating the provisions of the Shiba Inu Metaverse. This was conveyed by the developer through a Twitter post.

“SHIB:Metaverse will blacklist any wallet identified as committing a [hate symbol] violation, meaning it will never be able to participate in any and all areas of the platform,” the Shiba Inu development team wrote.

Reporting from Cointelegraph, the incident happened after Shiba Inu started launching the Metaverse Shiba Inu and sold its virtual land of 100,000 plots of land starting on April 12. However, currently around 36,000 virtual lands are being hunted by potential buyers.

Through the Shib.io page, the Shiba Inu community can lock ownership of its ecosystem tokens namely LEASH and NFT Shiboshi to bid or buy virtual land in the Shiba Inu Metaverse. Each square-shaped plot of land is priced from 0.2 to 1.0 Ether (ETH).

If a plot of land has been purchased, the color will change from gray to black. It can be clearly seen on the Shiba Inu Metaverse map. Therefore the Nazi symbol of an owner can be seen clearly.

The Shiba Inu community on the Discord platform found out on April 15th. They support the developer's decision to block the anonymous user. A number of members of the community immediately began to buy plots of land around the Nazi symbol so that the shape turned into a window instead of a swastika.
