JAKARTA - Kaigan Games, Studio from Malaysia is making a new splash in their flagship series, Simulacra. Kaigan Games and publisher Neon Doctrine have announced the release of Simulacra 3 on Tuesday, March 22.

The game's third entry will expand on the mechanics of its predecessor with new real-time elements and a chilling new story. Simulacra 3 will let players explore a charming small town, and new frontiers of digital horror.

Simulacra 3 will begin by telling the story in the haunted town of Stonecreek, where people continue to disappear into thin air, leaving nothing but scary symbols behind.

As an intern at a local newspaper, you are assigned to help the city's star journalist, Ruby Myers, in her investigation of the disappearance. Their only clue is a call from the missing Paul Castillo, a software developer, an amateur historian of the city, and one of Ruby's sources.

You have to react to video calls in real-time, think fast, and make decisions quickly because their choices can save lives. In addition, you are required to hack security systems to help Ruby avoid harm in her investigations.

“Simulacra 3 is the end and the beginning of something new for Simulacra games. I hope this game will be as meaningful to our players as it is to us,” said Kaigan Games CEO, Shahrizar, quoted by IGN.
