JAKARTA - Rapper and pop star, Doja Cat, is said to have joined the video game House Party. Doja Cat will star in her own version of the game which will be released this spring.
This single 3D video game allows characters to create their own unique personality. They will interact with other players, and players can act through hundreds of stories with thousands of branching plots.
This news was announced through the digital game distribution service, Steam on its website. "Keep the party wild and crazy with the first expansion pack House Party featuring award-winning music star Doja Cat! This DLC adds hours of fun new content and story branching to the Original Story of the game House Party centered around and fully voiced by Doja Cat herself, as well as new content for all the other House Party characters!" write a description of Steam.
"I'm so excited that I'm going to be a video game character," Doja said in a statement. “House Party will be even better. You have to check this game out."
In Doja's version of House Party, which will be released this summer, players will help the "Need To Know" singer carry out her plan, which is to track the sensation of masked dancing.
Players will have access to several outfits for Doja and help her show off her new dance moves, as well as help Doja to create a new music video.
“We are thrilled to be working with Doja Cat and her team on this collaboration,” said Bobby Ricci, Founder, and CEO of Eek! Games, in a statement.
Ricci also said that Doja Cat was the perfect choice to star in their first major expansion pack.
"The more we work with it, the clearer it becomes. We are excited to be able to bring this unique experience to the game world with our key partners, Bravado and Epic helping to align us with Doja Cat," she continued.

A portion of the proceeds from Doja's House Party games will be donated to Advancing Children For Success, an organization dedicated to the development and protection of children and their families by improving nutrition, health, early learning, and skills development.
House Party Overview
House Party is a 3D comedy adventure game published and developed by American studio Eek! Games, LLC. The game has been available on Steam since 2017.
