Who is Ida Fauziyah

Ida Fauziyah was born on July 16, 1969 from the couple (late) H. Syahroni and Hj. Musarofah. Her figure can be considered as characteristic of Javanese women in general, prioritizing courtesy and gentleness as her foundation in socializing. Since childhood, Ida has been accustomed to living in a boarding school environment, she is a santriwati (female santri) who studied secondary education at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tambakberas, Jombang, East Java. Ida spent her life in the pesantren from childhood to high school. After that he took a bachelor's level at IAIN Sunan Ampel and a Strata-2 at Satyagama University majoring in Government Sciences.

It was said that his own younger brother, Masdar, even though he was a member of the Indonesian Parliament, Ida Fauziyah's lifestyle had not changed, it was still fairly simple and straightforward. Accustomed to cooking, washing dishes like a housewife every day. Ida Fauziah's family schedule has never missed an annual ritual, she always takes the time to go home to visit her extended family in Rakit Village.

Until graduating in 1989 from education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in the pesantren environment, Ida had been a teacher at MAPK Jombang for five years from 1994 to 1999. The intensity got higher when Ida was active in the KORPRI PMII (Indonesian Islamic Student Youth) organization in East Java, which forged herself into a more confident female figure.

While studying at IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Ida was also actively involved in the IPPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association) Mojokerto Regency. After being conquered at the district level, he advanced to the provincial level and was entrusted with leading the provincial-level IPPNU as Chairman of the East Java IPPNU for the 1997-2000 period. Uniquely, this task was carried out when he was a teacher at the Khadijah High School in Surabaya for two years, from 1997 to 1999.

Ida Fauziyah's political career

Ida Fauziah's name was recorded as the youngest member of the DPR to enter parliament in 1999 at the age of 29. As the youngest legislator from the National Awakening Party faction, he did not even look awkward when he was asked to be the chairman of the DPR plenary session for the 1999-2004 term. From 1999 to 2019, the figure of Ida Fauziyah was elected successively as a legislator for the electoral district of Jombang, Madiun Regency, Mojokerto Regency, Nganjuk Regency, Madiun, and Mojokerto.

Ida Fauziah held various positions during his career at Senayan.
